Our Story
Welcome to Preston Harmony School of Music, where a long tradition of excellence in music education continues to inspire students of all ages. While our name is new, our roots trace back more than 27 years to Gray School of Music, a respected music school in Preston Hollow founded by Mrs. Vicki Gray. For decades, families throughout Dallas have trusted the school for high-quality music lessons, dedicated instruction, and a nurturing environment where students can grow as musicians and individuals.

After more than fifty years of teaching and leadership, Mrs. Gray entrusted the future of the school to her longtime assistant, Branda Guédet, who now serves as Director of Preston Harmony School of Music. Today, Preston Harmony continues the same commitment to personalized instruction, experienced faculty, and musical excellence while building upon the strong foundation established by Gray School of Music.

With many of the same teachers, the same educational philosophy, and a continued focus on student success, Preston Harmony School of Music proudly serves children, teens, and adults throughout Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Highland Park, Addison, and surrounding communities. Our Director
Branda Guédet
Branda Guedet first joined the school in 2009 as a piano and violin instructor when it was known as Gray School of Music. Over the years, she became a trusted member of the faculty and worked closely with founder Mrs. Vicki Gray, serving as her assistant and helping oversee many aspects of the school's operations and growth.

Following Mrs. Gray's retirement, Branda assumed the role of owner and director of Preston Harmony School of Music. Drawing upon more than fifteen years of experience at the school, she remains committed to preserving its tradition of excellence while guiding its next chapter.
Under her leadership, Preston Harmony continues to provide exceptional music education in a welcoming and supportive environment for students of all ages.
