Music Lesson Tuition
Private lessons at Preston Harmony School of Music are priced per lesson and billed in 11.5 equal monthly installments, so your tuition stays predictable all year.
Every student receives 44 sessions per school year: 42 weekly lessons plus 2 recital performances. Rehearsal sessions and themed recitals are included throughout the year free of charge. Your first lesson is a complimentary trial, and there are no long term contracts.

Per lesson rates reflect the full 44 session school year. Tuition is billed as equal monthly installments remains the same each month.

The Fall and Spring recitals, rehearsals, as well as themed recitals at our on-site recital hall

We open year-round and welcome students at any time. New students' first payment will be prorated to cover the lessons remaining in the current billing period, then join the regular installment schedule.

Students pay the New Enrollment fee at sign-up. Enrollment is continuous and it renews on the anniversary of enrollment at the Annual Renewal rate.
Registration is per student, not per instrument. Families enrolling more than one student receive $15 off New Enrollment fee. See Ways To Save for more details.
Flexible Schedule Lessons
Flexible Schedule is our non-enrollment option and these lessons are ideal for busy adult learners with frequent work trips, or students needing short-term coaching to prepare for auditions or performances. Lessons are by-appointments only instead or recurring weekly.
Lessons may be purchased as a package of 4, or one-at-a-time as Single Lessons. Discounts do not apply for Flexible Schedule options.

Ways to Save
Multiple Enrollments
$15 off New Enrollment Fee for each additional family member in the same billing account.
Sibling Discount
5% off tuition for the second and subsequent family member in the same billing account. Discount will be applied to the lower rate subscription.
Multiple Instruments
5% off second tuition. Lessons must be taken by the the same student.
Pay-In-Full
2% off tuition of the semester paid in full in a single transaction.
Referral Credit
Receive $25 account credit when your referral leads to enrollment.

Billing Made Simple
Tuition for the school year is divided into 11.5 equal monthly installments, charged automatically to the card on file on the 1st of each month from mid August through July.
Some months include more sessions and some include fewer yet the monthly rate remains the same, because the bill reflects the installment amount, not the number of sessions that month.
Over the full year, students receive 44 sessions, which includes 42 weekly lessons plus two recital performances. Holiday weeks and school closures are already built into the calendar, so you never pay for a week when lessons are not offered. See School Calendar for lesson distribution.
